One of the key interventions I use in therapy is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, an evidence-based approach that helps clients process and heal from traumatic experiences. By integrating EMDR with attachment-based therapy, I help clients not only resolve trauma but also rebuild healthier relationship patterns, increase self-awareness and strengthen their emotional resilience.
